The Parenthood - Imago Shopping Mall

Our visit to The Parenthood at Imago was about an indoor family play space and the practical details that make time there easier for parents. The outlet was introduced in our source as roughly 13,000 square feet at the time, and the spacious setting was one of its strengths.

We came away with a strong impression of a safety-conscious layout. The play structures and edges we saw were covered with impact-absorbing padding, with no exposed sharp metal edges in the play areas we visited. Dedicated staff were stationed in different zones, which added to that reassuring impression.

The matching-tag system was another detail we appreciated. Parents or guardians and children used corresponding tags, with matching and scanning required at the exit during our visit. We saw it as a sensible measure intended to reduce the risk of a child leaving with the wrong adult.

The conveniences inside the play area mattered just as much. There were child and family toilet facilities, baby-changing and nursing space, plus sofa seating. Parents did not necessarily have to leave the playground whenever a child needed one of those basic facilities.

Dedicated stroller and shoe storage helped organise arrival. A parent co-working zone with free Wi-Fi offered somewhere to work while keeping an eye on children, and an F&B area provided refreshments. We did not review the taste of any food or drink.

There was also a private party space during our visit. We liked the possibility of combining a gathering with the play facilities, without treating the historical capacity or arrangements as a current booking promise.

Our overall impression was strongly positive. The attraction was the combination of room to play, a safety-oriented design and thoughtful parent conveniences.
