The freshly fried banana was the highlight: golden, very crisp and especially enjoyable straight from the fryer. During our visit, pre-orders took priority and the wait for another batch made this a snack worth planning around.
The fried banana was what we came away remembering from this Lido Square snack stall. Freshly fried, it was golden with a very crisp, crunchy shell. That texture was the main attraction for us, and it made a simple local snack especially enjoyable.
Getting a portion took some timing during our visit. Pre-orders were served first, and the earlier batch was effectively already allocated or sold out. Walk-in customers could have to wait for the next batch, which could take roughly 20-30 minutes that day.
We called at around 10 AM and managed to secure the last two portions. Those details describe our experience at the time: they are not a current ordering rule, a fixed daily sell-out time or a guaranteed waiting period.
For us, the freshly fried banana was worth the batch wait. The pleasure was in that crisp exterior while it was fresh, rather than anything elaborate about the stall or the snack.
We also noticed other local snacks at the stall, including radish cake, fried glutinous rice, egg tarts and fried sweet potato. Those were observations of the selection, rather than dishes we are reviewing here. Our verdict is about the fried banana: a strong positive for its golden, very crispy coating, with the practical reminder that demand and batch timing shaped this particular visit.

这次在丽都广场这档小吃摊，最让我们记住的就是刚炸好的香蕉。颜色金黄，外层非常酥脆，咬下去有明显的脆感。简单的本地小吃，新鲜出锅时就很好吃。
当时买到一份也要配合出炉的时间。预订的顾客先拿货，前一批基本已经被订走或卖完，临时来买的人可能需要等下一批。以那次的情况来说，等候大约可能要 20-30 分钟。
我们在早上约 10 点打电话，刚好订到最后两份。这些都是那次到访的经历，不代表现在每天这个时间就会售完，也不是固定的预订方式或等候时间。
对我们来说，新鲜炸好的口感让这一等值得。喜欢的就是那层酥脆外壳，刚出锅时尤其有吸引力，不需要把它说成什么复杂的料理。
摊位上还看到萝卜糕、炸糯米、蛋挞、炸番薯等小吃。不过，这些只是当时看到的选择，并不是我们每样都吃过、都在这里评价。真正让我们留下强烈好感的，还是这份金黄、非常酥脆的炸香蕉，以及那次围绕出炉批次的等待经历。
