Brown Cafe Lintas remained one of our personal go-to Bingsu stops after several visits. Dark Chocolate Bingsu was our favourite, with rich chocolate flavour and a creamy finish from the milk foam on the side.

After several visits, Brown Cafe at Lintas Square remained one of our personal go-to places for Bingsu in Kota Kinabalu. That is our own preference, and the Dark Chocolate Bingsu was the clearest reason we kept coming back.

The chocolate flavour was rich and indulgent, making this our favourite of the choices we wrote about. It was the one we would most readily order again or suggest to someone asking what we liked here.

Ajisai Matcha offered a different direction. The matcha tasted pure and earthy, with a slight bitterness and a finish that was not overly sweet. It offered a different flavour from the chocolate, although Dark Chocolate remained our favourite.

Chocolate Tiramisu was another repeat choice. We had eaten it before and found it consistently good across those visits, so it stayed on our list of things we would order again.

Each Bingsu came with a small side of milk foam for us to pour on ourselves. We liked the creamy finish it added to the shaved ice, and it was a small part of the serving that made a difference to the experience.

The space was clean, minimalist and comfortable for catching up with friends after a meal around Lintas. For us, this was a dessert stop worth returning to, led by that rich Dark Chocolate Bingsu.

去了好几次，Lintas Square 的 Brown Cafe 依然是我们自己会回头的 Bingsu 店之一。这里讲的是个人喜好，而我们最偏心的，就是 Dark Chocolate Bingsu。

巧克力味很浓郁，吃起来满足，是这几款里我们最想再点的一份。如果朋友问我们来这里会选什么，我们会先推荐它。

Ajisai Matcha 则是另一种路线。抹茶味比较纯，带一点微苦回甘，不会太甜。它和浓郁巧克力是不同的感觉，不过如果只能选一款，我们还是更偏向 Dark Chocolate。

Chocolate Tiramisu 也是我们以前吃过几次、觉得水准稳定的选择。不是只吃过一次就下定论，而是几次下来仍觉得不错，愿意再点。

每份 Bingsu 当时都会附一小杯 Milk Foam，自己淋上去。我们蛮喜欢它给刨冰加上的 creamy 收尾，这个小搭配有加分。

店里简约干净，坐着舒服，适合在 Lintas 吃完饭后，和朋友再坐下来聊天吃甜点。对我们来说，愿意再来的主要理由，还是那份浓浓巧克力味的 Bingsu。

Dark Chocolate Bingsu
