The Signature Bird’s Nest Latte was a worthwhile occasional treat for us, combining silky bird’s nest with coffee. The black coffee’s strong aroma was another positive from our Luyang visit.
We were surprised to learn during our visit that Kong Yan had already been operating for several years. Our stop at its Luyang main shop introduced us to coffee with bird’s nest as an occasional self-treat.
The Signature Bird’s Nest Latte was the drink that stood out. We enjoyed how the silky texture of the bird’s nest combined with the coffee. It felt like a more special purchase than an ordinary daily coffee, and that was how we viewed its value.
The black coffee also made a positive impression. Its strong aroma was something we particularly enjoyed, giving us another reason to remember the drinks from this visit.
We noticed ingredient icons on the menu for components such as nuts, dairy and honey. We found those useful when checking what went into a drink. They were ingredient guidance on the menu, rather than any guarantee about allergy safety.
At the time of our visit, this main shop had no seating and operated as a takeaway stop. It was therefore a place to pick up a drink, rather than settle in for a long café break. The latte cost more than an ordinary coffee, but we still thought it worthwhile as an occasional treat.

宫·燕的招牌燕窝拿铁，把滑顺的燕窝口感和咖啡搭在一起，是我们愿意偶尔犒劳自己的一杯。黑咖啡的浓郁香气，这次也让我们很喜欢。
到 Luyang 宫·燕主店这次，我们才发现原来店家已经经营了好几年。对我们来说，这里比较像偶尔想喝一点特别东西时，会考虑的咖啡选择。
招牌燕窝拿铁是最让我们喜欢的一杯。燕窝滑顺的口感加进咖啡里，喝起来有自己的特色。它不是我们会当成每天普通咖啡看待的价位，而是偶尔犒劳自己的选择。
黑咖啡也有留下好印象。香气浓，我们喝得很喜欢，不一定要点特别配搭，咖啡本身的香气也值得记住。
菜单用图示注明坚果、奶类、蜂蜜等成分，我们觉得对想先了解饮料内容的人很有帮助。这是菜单上的成分提示，并不等于过敏安全认证。
我们到访时，主店没有座位，是外带形式，所以那次适合来买了就走，并不是坐着慢慢聊天的咖啡馆。虽然价钱比普通咖啡高一些，但以偶尔犒劳自己来说，招牌燕窝拿铁还是让我们觉得值得。
