Japchae was the highlight of our family lunch at Supul, with smooth glass noodles and a gently sweet, savoury flavour. The BBQ Pork Belly Set was satisfying too, and the refillable side dishes rounded out the meal.
Heavy rain changed our original lunch plans in Lintas, so we headed to Supul at City Mall for a family Korean BBQ meal. It turned into a satisfying lunch, especially for the Japchae and pork belly.
The BBQ Pork Belly Set worked well as a complete meal. We liked the well-grilled pork and its Korean-style seasoning, with salad, steamed egg, seaweed soup and rice alongside. The Spicy Pork Set had a stronger, richer seasoning that went well with rice and made for a substantial lunch.
Japchae was one of our favourites. The Korean glass noodles were smooth, with a slightly sweet, savoury flavour that we particularly enjoyed. This would be one of the dishes we would look for on a return visit.
During this visit, the refillable banchan included kimchi, pickled radish and stir-fried potatoes. We had liked the eggplant side dish on earlier visits, but it was unavailable that day, so it was something we missed rather than something we ate this time.
The restaurant felt clean, with air-conditioned indoor seating and an outdoor area. Lunar New Year music and decorations gave our January visit a festive atmosphere. We also appreciated the internal washrooms, a convenient detail when eating out as a family.

这次在 Supul 的家庭午餐，最让我们喜欢的是口感滑顺、甜咸适中的 Japchae。烤五花肉套餐也吃得满足，当天可续添的小菜让整餐更丰富。
原本打算在 Lintas 吃午餐，结果一场大雨让我们临时改了计划，带家人到 City Mall 的 Supul 吃韩餐。这一餐吃下来，烤五花肉和 Japchae 是我们比较想再点的。
烤五花肉套餐的肉烤得不错，韩式调味也合口味，旁边配了沙拉、蒸蛋、紫菜汤和白饭，组合完整。辣猪肉套餐的味道更浓，配白饭很适合，分量也让人吃得饱。
最喜欢的其中一道是 Japchae。韩式冬粉吃起来滑顺，带一点甜、又有咸香，整体味道我们很喜欢。下次再来，这道会是我们优先考虑的选择。
当天的小菜可以续添，有泡菜、腌萝卜和炒马铃薯。之前来吃过、也很喜欢的茄子小菜，那天刚好没有，所以这次只能惦记着，并没有吃到。
店里干净，有冷气室内座位，也有户外区。我们一月到访时，店里播着新年歌，加上布置，很有过年的气氛。对带家人用餐的我们来说，店内自设洗手间也相当方便。
