Description

Ray’s Sichuan Noodle House is a noodle restaurant on the first floor of Lintas Plaza. The menu includes braised beef noodle soup, braised pork rib noodles, pea and minced pork noodles, and dry noodle dishes. A golden broth series is offered with pork slices, beef slices, fish balls or handmade pork paste, with original and hot-and-sour options.

Side dishes include paper-wrapped beef rolls, wontons and other Sichuan-style snacks. Local coffee and tea, Chinese tea and soft drinks are also available.

雷记四川面馆位于 Lintas Plaza 一楼，供应红烧牛肉面、红烧排骨面、豌豆肉末面和干拌面。金汤系列可搭配猪肉片、牛肉片、鱼丸或手工猪肉滑，并有原味及酸辣口味。
